Has anyone checked out SupportMaster (http://www.SupportMaster.com) yet? Their system gives you a forum, a blog, an FAQ system, a news publisher, and a support ticket system - all without any programming or database configuration. I was able to get it setup and running on my website in about 10 minutes. They have a free version, and I used it to add a lot of content to my sites.
