I have been building like to accidentcleaners.com for about 3 months now. I've been commenting on blogs and message forums like crazy 5 days a week. None of these IBLs are showing up in Google Webmaster tools after all this time... Is there a problem? I have entered the address into webmaster tools without the www and I usually enter links in blogs and forums with it, could that be my problem? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Well you may want to add a 301 from http://bosshardtrealty.com/ to http://www.bosshardtrealty.com/ . but this is to prevent duplicate content issues. Google has always been slow in reporting links and your best bet is to use Yahoo. If Yahoo sees them then Google sees them as well.
Few things to consider
Are you choosing relevant sites to get links from?
Are the sites themselves "in good standing" with Google?
Are you getting too many links at once. Google may red flag your site if in the past you may have only gotten 1 or 2 links a month but now your getting 50 or 100 a week.

With regards to search engine optimisation and indexing of websites by Google or other searche ngines, havinga www or non www will not make he slightest of differences. IT is nevertheless advised to use htaccess to specify that only one format should be used for all pages. Google webmaster control panel also provides this option of setting a prefernce for www or non www based listing of your website pages on Google.

Well you may want to add a 301 from Gainesville Real Estate, Ocala Real Estate, and Sarasota/Venice Real Estate: Florida Homes for Sale from Bosshardt Realty Services, Inc. Thanks AMXFAN. I probably get about 3-5 links a day 5 days a week, but I have been more aggressive with other sites in the past and not had this problem. I will try Yahoo, I actually thought about trying that before. I'll see if I can get the 301 in place also, I am suspicious it may be causing a problem.

Thank you for the advice.
