Do you think that an efficient web designing is a primary need for successfully promoting a website, means if you want your site to be more Search engine friendly and SEO Oriented then the SEO should be begain with the initial designing stage. i have heard it that its always better ( May be best) to think and design your website keeping SEO aspects in your mind. but what to do when site is already designed ?...

I guess I dont understand the question. Just go through and implement what you need done regardless that the website is live.

I think that if your site is already designed and if you want to change it so"go and do it now".Because there is no substitute of good web design.Even you have done good keyword research,directory submission etc etc,that will never substitute your site design.Ultimately visitors will visit your site only AND nothing else.If your site will be user friendly and informative then and then only visitor repeatedly visit your site and get converted into customer.

I am agree that SEO should always start with starting phase means when you are going to design the website ,because most of the times it seems to be not an easy task to adjust your web contents, h1 tags etc if those are wrongly placed on your site due to wrong designing.

yea i agree..........in some cases u have to redo the website again...we ask our clients in advance if they require SEO for their site instead of him asking us half way down the project about possibilities of SEO in their website, specially if its a dynamic website.
