Just noticed an interesting phenomenon on a few of my blogs ... it looks as though there must be some corelation between age and the Google Toolbar Page Rank as one of my sites that has been around for a while and I have done nothing with www.bestfoxvalley.com got a 1 PR, there isn't even any content there!
While Mancation and Guys Weekend Ideas (http://www.mantripping.com) which is new since April, has content, has a good number of inbound links, comments, diggs, stumbles etc. still has no ranking.
I wonder if this proves a sort of sandboxing effect with Google where a site has to go through two cycles before it is giving a visible PR ... or is it possible that the update is still going? - all my other sites on the same IP were updated last week though.
In the end, I am getting good search traffic here and the visible PR is really only a factor for Pay Per Post and ego :)
