VPS Recommendation Needed

I'm looking for a vps hosting with a very good support in range of $60 a month, I found this offer at RackForce : RackForce Dedicated Servers and Virtual Private Servers (http://www.rackforce.com/dds_dedicated_servers/linux_virtual_private_servers.html?location=dds200-l_virtual_server#dds200-l)
The problem is that they not host in USA (Canadian IP)
Can anybody recommend sth similar? Is SPRY's Virtual Private Server (VPS) Hosting (http://www.spry.com/) ok?
I've heard that many people have problems with it...

Many years ago I had a dedicated at rackforce and never had any real issues with them, I only dropped it because I outgrew it, never used their support so can't comment on it.

I have a VPS at Spry and again no issues to speak of with it, but it's not used for web hosting and I really don't use support so again can't say if it's good or bad.

I did work on a project for someone which was using a VPS from LiquidWeb (current special at https://www.liquidweb.com/cart/content/promotions/whtvps/?coupon=WHT10OFFVPS) and while they didn't do things until asked e.g. keeping cPanel up to date, as soon as they were asked to do work it was done.

I've had good results with Easy CVI (easycgi.com). Several of my clients are hosted with them and experience good results.

Their packages start at about $40.00US

Take a peek at www mosso com, great support, more like $100/month but you do get what you pay for in my experience there, Rackspace (think Mosso may be a subsidiary?) suggested them for VPS when we needed something beyond the usual dedicated servers.

Also got this response from (www cihost com) not sure about VPS but their dedicated servers are in at least 3 cities USA, great service, great uptime.
