I have this desktop computer for trade on a laptop with similar specs.

The computer is as follows:

P4 - 3.0G 800FSB Hyperthreaded (woo-hoo)
2 512M of PC3200 DDR Running in Dual Channel Mode
Asus P4P800 Deluxe
Western Digital HDD 120G 8M Cache
52X CD Burner
Floppy, Case
MSI Geforce FX

This machine really smokes. However I seem to be on the road so much a laptop makes more sense.

Oh it really rocks. I am a speed enthusiast. Truth be told once I trade this for a laptop I will probably start building a new desktop from scratch. I love chasing tech.

I'd love to know how much it cost to get to that? You built from scratch? I admit to being a speed freak too. Alas, I get the hand me downs as hubby's comp gets flasher.

I put the motherboard in about two weeks ago and it cost 198.00 before tax. The processor was a little over 460 at the time if I remember correctly
