Serious problem with reseller hosting and all clients

Hai friends after a long time iam back with a serious problem ,Its a long story plz be patience
the problem is i have a close friend who died recently due to ill health and it a sad demise he is a good friend to me from the past 5 years and we have started the webdesigning from small html sites to now cms sites ,he has already a reselling hosting site logon2host.com Cheap Linux webhosting India,Reseller web hosting Provider India,domain name registration india (http://www.logon2host.com) and he gave me space for my sites 3 years back ago and after wards the years a re passed and for discount rates i got reseller plan for cheap and i want to register that hosting plan under INdianworld.IN (http://www.indianworld.in) but my friend said that he has own the LOGON2HOST with INDIANWORLD.IN - Free Hosting Manager (http://www.logon2host.net) domain and u can use that now iam using the logon2host.net as whm site the problem is he also put some of his sites under my reseller account i,e logon2host.net account and after somedays he moved all of the sites to logon2host.net including the his main logon2host.com site now i dont know the domain passwords and i have only logon2host.net whm panel password i can login in to it .
the problem is
1)i dont have domain control on all the domains
2)i dont know the clients domain details but now the sites that are under my whm panel are running ,i dont know with whom the domains are registered and how to renew those domains
3) the main problem is i dont know with whom the two reseller domain names are registered logon2host.com and logon2host.net i dont have access to the domain control of these two domains
4)how to tell his clients that domains are not under my control

can this one solve the problem
1)buying another reseller plan under the same reseller with name www.logon2host.in and creating all the new accounts there and deleting the sites under the logon2host.net
so that the both same ip addresses and it will work as usual

i have only logon2host.net whm panel password i can login in to it .

This means that you have access to the files/pics etc on the server. That's good, make sure to get that stuff on your desktop.

Ultimately this is your problem. You aren't even sure who the registrar is. You can try whois.sc and you can attempt to contact the registrar but frankly I don't think that is going anywhere. I am assuming that these domains were under your friend's name? If so, you better contact his next of kin. Hopefully they will cooperate and just transfer control to you.

How does this solve anything? You're moving the information from one server to another, without any need to change the nameservers? So what? What happens when the domains expire? What happens if somebody grabs control of them?

While i searched the whois its showing publicregistry but not exactly the registar name

i and he are the only partners .and the thing iam saying is iam not moving to another server iam taking the reseller plan shared hosting on the same ip of previous one and the name server is same for all 500 domains that the reseller has.so i will delete the cpanels in logon2host.com and the domains name servers of clients are on the name of house4webhost.com not on the name of logon2host.com

Yes, you made that clear, you control the information that is physically on the server. You're thinking aboutt moving the information from one location on the server to another location on the server which will continue to work because the nameservers are the same. I understood that, but so what? That is not your problem, you can change the information that is on the present servers and it sounds like you're about to undertake a fool's errand.

Again, the problem is that you don't control the domain itself. This is going to become a serious problem when the domain expires because it will expire, the nameservers will revert and your websites will no longer be showing.

Ultimately your goal is to get control of the domains. You don't know who the registrar is so you can't contact the registrar.

Since you can't contact the registrar that only leaves you with the next of kin and to deal with whoever is probating the decedent's estate.

If this doesn't work the only thing left for you to do would be to backorder the domains so that when they expire you will be first in line to acquire them.
