A solid arrangement, but gives a race-car feel to me. People should be able to associate a visual with your name. Most of us are visual thinkers - this will help your brand recognition. Eliminate a few colors and gradients to bring the design together a little tighter.

Definately a little busy.
I don't think the purple really goes together with the rest. That could be black.
Change the box to just yellow?
