Trying to transfer a domain with privacy that is registered with Tucows/Ipowerweb. The privacy must be removed/updated before I can transfer the domain to new registrar. The update feature (on https://manage.opensrs.net) is broken and Tucows/Ipowerweb will not correct. Any suggestions in how to force them to fix the privacy feature so the transfer can go through?
