Hey guys, I decided to sell my site Learn to Invest Money (http://www.learning-to-invest.com) as I need some money for other projects.
1. My name: Siim
2. Site url: Learn to Invest Money (http://www.learning-to-invest.com)
3. Age: Probably around 1.5 years
4. Traffic: Around 2000 uniques and 3500 page views month (Summary (Learning To Invest) (http://my.statcounter.com/project/standard/stats.php?project_id=1923586&guest=1))
5. Income: Adsense ca $30/mo, linkworth $125/mo (so total $155). Plus I get a few extra bucks from contextual link networks. I have also managed to sell couple of clickbank products using via the site as well as a sponsored review.
6. Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? I haven't updated the site for a long time, but this hasn't affected the numbers as it's the type of content searched for all the time (educational, non-dying). But you could re-surrect the blog and post daily if you wanted to.
7. What is the monthly cost of running the site? Just your server costs.
8. Reason for selling? Need some money for other projects and I'm not interested in investing myself anymore.
9. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Yes.
10. Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? Yes, but just some, probably 30-70, haven't really dealt with them, nor sent them anything.
11. What all does the site include? Domain (PR3), Design, content (all original), paid links from linkworth (will be transferred over to your account), custom CMS to post your own blog posts, links etc. So you'll get everything you see there.
12. Asking price: $1099 (was $1500)
I'm interested in a quick sale, so if anyone's interested, let me know. If I can't get it sold very soon now, the price will probably go up as then I won't need the money fast anymore.
