I have good result with submitting sitemap for video sites.

Other than that, I do submitting to article directories and forums relating to videos. That way, you can create more targetted traffic to your video sites.

I f you need a way to upload your videos to multiple video sharing site then you can use a free service called tubemogul. They even let you track how many views your video has had.

the most important thing when it comes to optimizing a video sites is to submit it to social media sites like youtube!
