Sorry,
I think the Logo is more a picture than a logo. It is to detail rich and nuanced.
A Logo should have a distinct design, to be standing out and be recognizable.
A Picture is interchangeable. People will think "Alarm Clock" and not KillSomeTime.com - my favorite Internet hangout, when they see it.
Get a good graphic designer
