How can I add same functionality to my website, so that is also shows link show more results from mysite.com

Yes, I am afraid it is Google who decides when, who and how should have these sitelinks. However, there are a few things that you can do to be prepared: a very clearly programmed navigation system and a well structured web so that it is clearer for Google how to choose the links.
