I want to throw this out to see if anyone has thoughts on what is going on with Internet providers and end users.
Not sure if anyone in here is big on watching the network neutrality movement but Time Warner just made a huge step in the wrong direction for the Internet as we know it:
Time Warner Links Web Prices With Usage: Financial News - Yahoo! Finance (http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/080117/time_warner_cable_internet.html?.v=2)
I also did a quick blog post about network neutrality if you don't know much about it: Network neutrality and you | Element Fusion Internet Development (http://www.elementfusion.com/network-neutrality-and-you)
