Links to home page?

Happy new year.
I have the site EASYTRAVELLER.NET Travel Agency Greece hotels cruises vacation honeymoon packages tours weddings (http://www.easytraveller.gr) where all pages have the same heading and footer with the links to various pages.
Is it necessary for all the rest of the pages to have a link to home page (index.html)?. I ask for the search engines purpose because for the visitor the navigation is very clear (I think).

I would normally always add a 'home' link, but I would do this as a nofollow as you are not interested in ranking for the phrase 'home'.

Also add a link 'easy traveller' (followed this time) or whatever your brand name is, which links back to the home page in the footer or somewhere. This will then pass pagerank back to your home page every time you add a new page and will reinforce your brand name in the link text.

Oh, and don't link to index.html, just link to your domain, otherwise you will get canonical url problems.
