AvidHosting.com closed and has my domain

I had been checking on domains recently and realized that AvidHosting.com had taken posession of my domain. I was about to contact them and found that my site and their site is not being served. I have tried to contact them to turn over my domain. Not sure what to do next.

Further more, their site is up now with a single page requesting contact information.
Which looks suspicious, I recommend not filling it out.

Contact Enom.com, the registrar and explain to them what's going on

Too late have already filled the form out and sent an email to the one listed in the admin.

I hope this is not going to create more problems. I guess my next step is to go to enom.com and request they transfer my domain back to me.
