And your video card is? Have you Googled 'name-of-your-card Vista driver'? Or searched Microsoft's site? Or your VC manufacturer?

I've moved this to webmasters resources, which would be more relevant ...

Secondly. it's difficult to find your video driver without knowing the laptop model number.

Goto Lenovo Site There is something about the Video Driver for MS Vista. Or You can Search Video driver by you laptop model no. that give you drivers list for lenovo laptop.
Otherwise you can search also on th google for "Lenovo(with Laptop model no.) Video Driver for MS Vista".
