Looking to go live with a new .NET ecommerce site. (You can view the demo here (http://demo.kulawebguy.com), and your comments and criticism are welcome.)
The plan is to go with a dedicated server eventually, but for the short run we want to start with a hosted virtual windows server. Our requirements are 100% reliability and security, and 24/7 email and telephone support. Cost is important but secondary.
I would like to hear from anyone who has experience with the hosting companies offering virtual windows server hosting, concerning the quality of service.
