I just now learned about this site when I saw my website referenced on their website on the first page of a Google search of one my keywords.

Does anyone see any negatives for what they call as quantifying your site which is somewhat like providing some of your internal stats for public viewing? Are there any benefits besides providing support for attracting advertisers?

I just 'quantified' my site with them a few weeks ago.

I guess the only two downsides to this could be that your traffic numbers will be available for all to see - if you come out ahead of your competitors that could be good. But if you are saying "we are #1" and then you find out you are not...then that could be a problem.

The script that you have to put on each page just adds to the page size although it is only 1,168 bytes - much better than Google Analytics at over 8K

In my case I only want to see how I compare to other sites like mine, but if they do not 'quantify' then the results really do not mean much.

If you sell advertising then you could PROVE numbers I guess.

I just wanted to try it and see what I could learn really :)
