Finding Relevent Businss Partners

I have been working away at my website for a couple of years, primarily to get the information for the database and establish ourselves within the Asian fashion industry. We started to get there as I initially suggested that it could take us 3 to 5 years before we became a full member of this group.

Ours is a currently a niche fashion web site that aims to capitalize on the virtual size of the industry here. There is currently nothing in Asia similar.

I have big plans but on several aspect I have reached my personal level of incompetence and understand I need help to take it further.

Ideally I need a business partner who can visualize the future and assist in pulling it all together both creatively and financially but I also need technical partners who can help us realize our larger potential with some of the program issues I struggle with.

Is there any one out there able to offer any advice on how one goes about securing internet business partnerships?
