Hi All,

First of all, I hope somebody is going to responde to my thread since it is going to be the first one in this subforum. :)

Since there are so many web directories on-line, is any of you using them? Besides the fact they might increase your PR, do you get any traffic from them? Moreover, what do you like and you don't like to these directories?

I would really appreciate any responses from users that are using the webdirectories.

Thank you in advance.
Chris.

I like web directories because it is a good source of one way links.... Especially if it's a quality directiory it drives traffic to a site.... The one thing I don't like is some web directories are too expensive.. and some just give free by reciprocal linking...

I love to browse through web directories to find sites that interest me but aren't easily found by doing a search.

I hate directories with lots of empty categories, they aren't real directories.

it's good to use, i guess. and maybe will increase more traffic to our submitted website.
but i think it doesn't help our website on page-ranking.
