how can I find books popular in a city or in a company

I remember sometime ago that I was able to view books popular in particular city or even in a certain company. I am not sure if that was part of what Amazon allowed you to view but I can not find it on their site anymore. Does anyone know of an online bookstore that allows me to view that?
