2*100 = 200
+ 20 = 220
+7 = 227
I think there needs to be another +10 in there somewhere.

This is what my email said - 241 = 24 * 10 + 2 ha ha ha... It must have been edited.
242 = 24 * 10 + 2 is the correct answer for this post.
