Is there any way to add a review of business (i.e hotel, restaurant) listed on Local Business Search and link to full version of review on my website (hotels and restaurants)?

Not sure what your asking. Have you tried asking the Local business Search website owner if this is possible instead of us?
I was thinking about adding hotels or restaurants to Google Local Business Center with all details and link it to the page of business on our website.
More important thing is that hotels or restaurants which are already on Google Map/Local Search have “Reviews” category where you can find short paragraphs of reviews with a link to the source page. I think Google call them “business review providers” but I couldn’t find information how to become the business review provider.
