Query on whois record

when I checked one of my site Whois lookup and Domain name search (http://whois.domaintools.com/) I found another domain of mine as SSL Certificate. I can't remember when did I do it. I contacted my hosting company and asked them to remove the necessary entry. They did it. Then why on earth that SSL entry is still showing in whois record?

As of my experience some of the WHOIS entries take time to update in DomainTools.

Yes, some whois sites may take a day or two to update their records

it's not updated yet. should I contact them for the update? Btw the ssl certificate is going to expire soon. :) I'm waiting for the time. thanks for all your concern.
