blogger and meta tags

I have a friend new to blogging who has a google blogger web site (new version of blogger).

She would like to add meta tags but can't seem to figure out how.

Can someone help?

I have few blogs in new version of blogger. You can add the title and meta tags below the head tag in the template menu found when you do posting. Here are my blogs,

Plenty of plugins and code hacks can do that. Just search Google (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=wordpress+meta+tags&btnG=Google+Search) for them.
