Best way to quality associates?

Hi,

What's the best way to develop a high quality names list?

I've had people recommend a multitude of different things like Safelists, newsgroups, FFA pages, Spider software you name it...

I'm not looking for 10 Zillion ads per day that no one will ever read.
I'm looking for High quality associations.

What is the BEST not necessarily the fastest way there?

Sounds like if you are trying to build up an opt in list this question may be better off in the email marketing forum? Most affiliates I know are web based and don't do much email marketing.

If you are are talking about "Safelists, newsgroups, FFA pages, Spider software" then it sounds like you may be delving into the world of Spam so I don't think we can help you there.
