google analytics and change web host

I had a site www.Rethimno.gr (in Greek) and i use google analytics. Will i have a problem if i change my web hosting provider? I will loose my previous data on google analytics?

You'll be fine. GA knows nothing about your webhost.

Google analytics use my logs (from my server) to show the statistcs or create its own?

They make their own. They never touch your server (nor can they).
