View Full Version : What the @&*$! is up with BeFree?

So we were moving along rather nicely. I got the tracking code applied, had some nice graphics done up, wrote up our policy, and fired that all off. Then I waited. And waited. We were looking at a possible November start. Then December. Then January. My account rep stopped responding to my emails about a month ago and my other contact has not responded in two weeks. It is now February and my patience has run out. I sent an email the other day stating that if I didn't hear back from them by Friday then I was terminating the agreement and looking for someone else. Anyone having any similar problems or can shed some light on what the heck is going on with these dolts?

Many of the networks seem to have poor follow up and support for new merchants. Befree merging with CJ could also have something to do with it. I imagine there is a major shakeup in staff and decisions re; how the merge is going to work. No excuse for what you are going through, but could help to explain it.

I'm sure that has just about everything to do with the delay, but business is business and for my account rep to basically drop off the face of the earth and not get back to me, despite repeated promises from the other contact that he will, is irresponsible and inexcusible and just plain bad business. I'll be terminating the agreement today and looking for another vendor come Monday.

BeFree begone. Sent them the termination notice last week. They got back pretty quick on that one. I'm now looking at CJ and Affiliate Crew. Any other suggestions for worth while Aff vendors?
