google sitelinks

So google site links those links that show up underneath when someone searches your site by your name. We don't have those, our competitors do. I'm not sure why and I was wondering what was the best way to go about having them show up. would the google site maps tool help with that?

They show up under my site sometimes when I use certain search terms. Generally when you put in my company name, Petsell, it will show up with keywords to my sub-pages. I like it.
