View Full Version : Google, Yahoo, Microsoft All Embrace Sitemaps
Google, Yahoo and Microsoft have announced (http://www.webpronews.com/topnews/topnews/wpn-60-20061116ThreesCompanyWithGoogleYahooMicrosoft.html ) their common support for Sitemaps 0.90 as a universal method for webmasters to make their sites more search engine friendly. This initiative builds upon the Sitemaps 0.84, which was originally developed as a joint venture between Google and Yahoo.

It really good idea for worldwide webmasters.
For example i found very good websites but the information is really deeper or PHP, or other content managers, and the SE never found it.

The sitebases ideas comes from sitemaps, but now, total different with sitemaps.
http://www.sitebases.org
The singular "sitemap.org" will redirect to the correct plural domain "http://www.sitemaps.org". Might as well use the correct URL.
