I was checking out a potential link exchange partners site (http://www.digitehost.com/), however the link to the links page we are to be included on (http://www.digitehost.com/links3.php)doesn't seem to be visible on the index page. After looking at the source code from the index page I can see the link in the code. I know they are trying to hide the links in the form of a "." as a text link, however, for the life of me I cannot see where these "." links are on the page.

They are probably using "white" in their css, but usually there is some sort of mouse over which I couldn't find.

Are the really spammers? And you want them to link to you?

And you boast Google SEO in your sig? Cmon brother. You should know better. And if you dont know, now you know... spamma Yeah, I took it from biggie and I modified it... I like my version better.

The Juicy SEO Spammer... Hmm... Anyone comes up with lyrics that flow with the song juicy by biggie, I'll float them a few bucks and we'll get it parodied... That would be funny.
Ok, webnauts, please dont yell too loud about going off topic...
Talk soon,
Tim

LD here is an audio file (http://www.mailmsg.com/sounds/spam-song.wav) explaining what they are doing.

Tim, are you still there? :)

Of course my friend. Always here. I have no sound on this machine so I cannot listen to the file. I will give it a go in the morning.

Webnaughts, I check several things out before agreeing to anything as anyone would, and as I quickly determining that I wouldn't recip, I was intrigued how they were hiding these href's in their code - thats all. I thought someone may be able to offer some insight as to how they do this, so I can include this in my pitch to prospects about how the bad guys do things.

Tim, I was curious about the HTML code in the way these bad guys hid it - for future reference and in discussions with prospects. In my original post I used the phrase "was checking out a potential partner". I wasn't still considering them as a potential recip partner. I get curious and need to know how these things are done - it is one of my best flaws.

Yes my sig is Google SEO, and we work geo-specific projects on a local basis.

LD,
Point noted.
It is always best to stay as far away from sites like that. Perhaps offer your services to them, it is an in.
