Staff Offshore vs Offshore Staff

Hello there,

recently my website managed to read 1st page of google search on #3 position for "staff offshore" which gives "Results 1 - 100 of about 8,400,000 for staff offshore. (0.60 seconds)"

but for "offshore staff" I am still nowhere to be seen..

my question ..aren't they close ..i mean both terms "offshore staff and staff offshore" containt the same keywords..

btw..my page rank just moved up to "4/10" from "3/10" just 3 days after i re-did the code and made my site W3C compliant. YAY!!

I guess Google has worked out the semantics. When I read the post title I thought of two entirely different meanings for the terms.

yeah i guess so too you are right.. btw i just checked...my position has jumped up to #24 from nowhere for "offshore staff" too.. yay!!

gone are the days for wysiwyg style webpage building.. I started with frontpage doing everything with mouse clicks...like tables and stuff..

and now I do handcoding...guess.. html guy is as important as a programmer now a days... and it has become a higly specialized field..considering all the SEO in mind..
