The first thing I saw was, is that you are seriously spamming your meta tags.

By the way, is this a commercial site? What do you have for problems?

No it is not at all a commercial site.. It is completely a content rich website..

OK. Then we have the following issues.
As I mentioned above you are spamming your title and meta tags.

You must use there only keywords/phrases which exist in the content of each page page. That means they must be relevant to the content.
