Some up-front disclosure about the backing of the Wal-Marting Across America blog would have saved the company, its PR firm, and its professional media bloggers an absolute ton of blogosphere grief.
The idea that anything pro-Wal-Mart would not have been subject to withering scrutiny simply defies belief. Everyone involved should have known better.
