However on Domain names it HAS to be Yahoo

Yahoo! have trademarked Yahoo and successfully sued people for using it.

Some of the complaints made by Yahoo! are silly though, as Yahoo! Inc. as far as I am aware just deal in the internet areas. So using the Yahoo word for other products/services should not be infringement, although Yahoo! Inc. would like to think different.
