How Do I ReLocate an Already Ranked Page?

Hey Guys,

Would love some help on the following:

My site has various pages that are already ranked but we are currently redeveloping the site and the new design has been built around folders, for example, domain.com/product/specific-product.htm. The currently ranked page is domain.com/specific-product.htm.

Any ideas?
