What's that javascript called where their is a small box (sorta) on the corner of you're browser, and when you scroll up, or down it follows. It's always visible.

Anyone know what that's called?

Yep ranjan's right (as usual!).. they're also sometimes referred to as floating div layers. Here's a selection of demos for you.
