RSS Feed content

I posted this in a different forum. Let's try here. I made an RSS feed for our CD rates and news page. At this point the feed just contains links to the seperate pages.

I'm curious if that is how most RSS feeds work or if the information is seperated out into a much simpler HTML Page.
