Alexa ranks your site based on the volume of traffic to your site. Yahoo was ranked number 1 the last time I checked...thus Yahoo gets the most traffic on the internet.
My rank is: 371,587...pretty crappy right now.

Alexa ranking means nothing and can be manipulated with tools like AlexaBooster.com

Google Page Rank is much more important.

google page rank is very important for Google search engine only.

To quantify the last two posts - Internal PageRank is important.
Toolbar PageRank and Alexa are Not.
