Hiya,

I am interested to hear from people who are using the amazon associates scheme (associates.amazon.com), specifically about click to purchase conversion ratio.

I have just started experimenting with this program, the clicks are going through, but they are not converting to sales.. is this normal?

The books im promoting on my site are on-topic, Im using the new method of linking to an item (dont know its name), which is basically an iframe with an image of the book, its title, and price, + a "buy online from amazon.com" image.

Any comments welcome.

Hi,

I am an Amazon associate from 3 months. I have made some sales, the people are buying do not worry :-)

My conversation ratio is 1% for Individual Item (ASIN) /I guess you are using this linking method too/

Also I am using Google Adwords and the CR is much higher there from 5%-7%.

But all depends on WHAT you are offering to people and HOW you are offering that. So if you have 200+ clicks and no sell at all, something is wrong!
