Hi
as dynamic of link building matters I will describe situation with a timeline:
1 stage (1.5-1 years ago). I have done good work of optimization and link building etc. Was get good rankings in Yahoo and MSN, but no at Google. "Sandbox and Google requires patience", I've thought and forgot about site, just doing some links time from time
2 stage (1 year - 2 months ago). Time from time I've build a few links and added several pages. Site has been seen in TOP10-TOP50 for several relevant key phrases (TOP10 - less competitive, TOP50 - most competitive). Best results where in January 2006 in Google. In that time site has fallen in MSN/Yahoo, thats because I was not working constantly on it, its okay.
3 stage (3-2 months ago). Redesign of the site (content still the same) and I start a heavy link building campaign. Site's positions in Yahoo/MSN grew up and are good now. But site have disappeared (after Google indexed new version of site) in Google completely, and even when I ask for domain name (without .com) I only find it on 15th place!
Is it due to site redesign and high number of new fresh links? And all is needed jsut to wait a few months...

Ok some things to consider,
Do you own other moving sites?
Do you link between them all? If you do you could be being punished. I tried this also and was successful on MSN but not google.
Why no meta description tag? You have meta keywords, which some of us leave out now. Is this intentional?
Google only recognises 5 links to yourself Yahoo over 300. Are these other 295 links from your other sites? link exchage schemes etc?

1. I do not. But owner of the site (not me) does and all of them are linked, indeed. But some of his sites are in Google TOP (one or another).
2. Forgot about META Description :)
3. These 295 links are mostly from directories (30%), link exchange (30%), "I-do-not-know-where-from" (perhaps site owner's another sites or something like this, there are many pages having only links on them, like FFA but you can not submit to them, so I think they belong to site owner) (30%) and article hubs (5%)
Something like this.

I would highly recommend you find someone to clean up all of the grammar problems in your site. It appears whoever wrote that (I assume you?) doesn't speak english very well. Very poor grammar such as this really turns off many customers, especially business customers.
Also, I'm no SEO expert, but doesn't that middle paragraph seem awfully spammy?

I am sure Google sees your mainpage text as spam.
How many times can you keyword stuff Dallas into your first paragraph? Looks like about 18.

Before me it was even worse, I just corrected few mistakes I've noticed :)
Thanks for advice, I will ask someone who know language well to edit it.
RegDCP, thanks for advice. Seems owner has edited it with keywords because I do not remember that I did such stuffing, its really looks like unnatural. I've removed some words, will edit it more carefully in a few days

Hi,
I asked these questions because, like you I have suffered the same situation.
I realised there is a difference between improving your rankings on Google (escpecialy when you rank well on other search engines) and not being in the top 1000 at all.
I came to the conclusion that for my rankings to be so different over the rankings I must be spamming somewhere. MSN and Yahoo allow certain criteria, where google does not.
2 of the 3 things above relate to things google hates and the description meta tag is a huge indicator to tell search engines what your site is about. Yahoo and MSN has probably looked at your on site content more than google hense beibg listed there without this meta tag.
For me the first thing to do is to add this meta tag and then wait for an update.
Then as per previous post, reduce your keyword density.
If still nothing happens, review who you are linking to. If they are to link rings and are not related, remove them. Also, look at how all the owners sites are linked together. I was punished for this. I think eventually, all his sites will be punished.
You will do better with Google with less good quality related links than the quantity that MSN prefers.

my thoughts:
but the problem is still open ... there is serius filters and alots of human editors driven by Matt Cutts strong hand , I have been bad before ... the spam never works , even the most inteligent ... all sites penalized
I tell u guys ... there is something strange going on,

Google is not even indexing new pages. I have pages up to a month old none of which have been indexed and the links are right on my homepage.

Is all the content on your website unique? Meaning is all the content on your website not duplicated from other websites?

Use of proper meta tags like Title, Description, Keyword and css would also help. Also use "alt" tag in all the pages.
