Every site that I have launched in the past 60 days has gone no-where, even on MSN and Yahoo, despite quality content and a few quality links. Older sites continue to do well but the SERPS appear static. Any ideas?

i am not sure about yahoo,
but msn has no problem with new sites
and some of my new sites are doing well with it.
