webbot bot="Include" endspan i-checksum=""....I know this is used by frontpage to modify the code when a site is published, enabling features like includes and FP's publishing system..and it has not actually anything to do with bots in the search engine spider meaning of the term.
It's actually an instruction to include the file at the position where the comment is added.

What i want to know is..is this harmful from SEO prespective?
I hope this does not prove harmful to the website, like in indexing or this may be treated as a kind of spamming or in any other manner. In short, i want to know that does it have a negative impact or not.

If your syntax is correct and your page validates, it will do no harm. The SE bots will ignore it.
