I like it too for web. Will it be used in print as well? If so, the gradiant and the fact that you use 4-colors might be cause for problems and/or greater expense. Just to keep those in mind...

Hello williameis,

Looks very good, nothing jumps out at the eye in an unpleasant way!

Have had a quick look at the site - in the U.S. does 'jockey' mean re-seller or something? In the U.K. it's common meanings as far as I know are:-

a chap(ette) who rides horses
or a disc-jockey (d.j.)

Maybe you can enlighten me!?

Darren

Jockey implies the person in control of the object. Horsejockey and DiskJockey are the most common... but there are others as well. In the 1800's it was common to have a lawn jockey in your front yard (a statue of a man holding a lantern). Slang terms such as bus jockey and computer jockey have also been used in recent years.

the print media will only include the words - 2 colors.

I'm hoping to have the google maps API on the web page working later this week and then I will start trying to find a 3rd party printing company I can refer people to. Hopefully one of you will see a house for sale with a HouseJockey.com sign in the front yard some day.

It tells me nothing about your business.

It has a cartoon look to it and the sites has pictures in it, to me I think they clash with each other.

Just my two cents.

Hi williameis,
Thanks, should have been obvious to me, apologies for being so dim!
Darren.
