Hi All,
Wish if you can help me with this. At our firm, Outlook 2000 / 2003 is being used, while I doubt that several messages that are being sent to me are being BCCd to others, Is there a way to reveal who is on Bcc (other recepients) when I am the main recepient of the message - or if I am Ccd on it? I mean to reveal Bcc field in all instances when I am on 'To' or 'Cc'.
Thanks very much

The bcc field is the blind copy field. I do not think it is possible to find out the other entries in the field.

One of my work collegues nearly got sacked once for sending a test e-mail from a customers pc to their global address book. All of his clients then new who else he did business with! If the blind field had been used to send the test e-mail then they wouldnt have seen who else they had sent the e-mail to.

If anyone could just see the other addresses in the blind copy field there wouldnt be any point in having it.

the answer is no sorry.

The idea of bcc as Munky said is to hide who else the email is going to without alerting the recipients.

I unfortuantly have to deal with the spam that we receive at my company, and one of my problems is when our spam trap stops an email which is actually a valid one and I need to forward it on. When the sender has used bcc I don't know who should have got it!!

but thats another problem!
