how do i get people to signup for my affiliate program

how do i find people to Join the program. Is there anywhere on the internet websites that takes a percentage of the commision for advertising on there site

Joe you can submit your site to all the affiliate directories. Just search Google. You can also pay for an ad at AbestWeb, but you need to be sure your program is BULLETPROOF and ready for prime time and your site well designed and your tracking flawless, because if you advertise on ABW and there are any holes in your program you will get more negative than positive PR.
