Sorry. I probably meant the other way around.
Both are everyday objects. Whats so art about either of them?
But then again whats so art about cutting a cow in half and storing it in a clear tank full of Formaldehyde?
This is why I'm a web designer and not an artist.

Warhol did a screen print of the soup he didnt do a photo of it, that's why it's crap.
14/16 - the urinal vs fountain thing threw me and the michael jackson thing is just a bit of tat.

13/16, but the definition of art made it a bit difficult - "if it was hung". So the urinal is a guess really, and the tented house looks more like a painting than a photo. The fingers could have easily been real stuff placed to look like the sculpture. But that's all a bit serious, eh?
It's only relatively recently that art went from being everyday objects to specially designed art pieces for their own sake. Look at any art museum for precolumbian pieces, decorated wares, etc. Warhol made people look at today's objects in the same way we look at past ones. Fundamentally, a brillo box is no different form one of the terracotta warriors found China, or funerary objects from King Tut's tomb.
More too serious.

I think the pompei's cast can become an art.
I will put that cast at my backyard and it will become the guard.
And anyway, art depends on how the person looks at it. There may be things that for others is an art while others say that its just a crap.
