It's a nice logo. Simple and colorful. However, it doesn't really tell you what the company is about, what the company does, etc... I'd also be interested in seeing what the print version of this logo would look like. (if you are using this logo for more than just the web)

I am basically an authorized partner to 8 european/international companies and now a new partnership with a UK company will soon happen.

I also do webdesign and hosting.

ejrs is a combination of my bestfriend's initials: ej and mine: jrs.
