This isn't "my" league, but I am a GM (Houston Heat--formerly Astros) in it. It's a fantasy sim baseball league based off of the Out of The Park 6 (http://www.ootpdevelopments.com) baseball simulator.
The two vacant teams in question are the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals (formerly the Blue Jays, but the GM renamed them during the 1995 sim season.)
No money in this, just good clean fun.
